Return Policy
If you PURCHASED a PA System from PORTaTALK
A return
merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from PORTaTALK
Electronics, Inc. prior to the return of any product. Product returned
with out authority will be declined. The return period is for 30 days
only and the shipping must be prepaid.
Within three (3) days of receipt if a
purchaser notifies the Company (PORTaTALK) that the unit does not
perform up to needs of the purchaser and returns the unit
to Company at purchasers expense, Company will not charge a restocking
fee. The return must be immediate. All returns not meeting this guideline are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus the original shipping cost.
If any
product returned has been abused or damaged customer will be charged or
the return will not be accepted, at the Company's option.
If you RENTED a PA System from PORTaTALK
Upon receipt of the unit you are responsible for seeing that it is
not damaged, abused or stolen. You are responsible for damage caused by
an accident, neglect or intentional abuse or misuse.
If you need the unit for an additional time, please contact us at 800-253-8255 and advise us accordingly. If you do not ship the unit
back the following day after its use, using the prepaid shipping label,
you will be charged for the cost of the unit together with any
accessories that were included.
By renting the unit you agree to these terms and conditions and the
right of PORTaTALK to charge your credit card for services and fees.
